These Terms of Service govern your use of numero10.co and purchases made through the website.

Numero 10 is operated by Numero 10 LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Numero 10,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to use the website in a manner that violates applicable law, interferes with the operation or security of the website, infringes another person's rights or attempts to obtain unauthorized access to systems or information.

2. Customer Information

By placing an order, you represent that the information provided by you is accurate, current and complete.

You are responsible for ensuring that shipping information and other order details are correct before submitting an order.

You also represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted at checkout.

3. Products

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately.

Because products are individually manufactured, minor variations in garment shade, printing, embroidery, positioning, measurements and appearance can occur within normal manufacturing tolerances.

Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen or device.

We may modify or discontinue products, designs or product availability at any time.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Many Numero 10 products are manufactured, printed or embroidered specifically after an order has been placed.

Production may therefore begin shortly after purchase.

Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these Terms.

5. Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other charges will be presented as required before completion of the transaction.

Prices and promotions may change without notice before an order is placed.

6. Payment

By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment-service providers to charge the selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

We do not necessarily receive or store complete payment-card information.

7. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of that order.

We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

inability to fulfill the product;
suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
inaccurate payment or shipping information;
violation of these Terms;
legal or regulatory requirements; or
an obvious pricing or technical error.

If we cancel a paid order that will not be fulfilled, the appropriate refund will be issued.

8. Pricing and Technical Errors

We may correct obvious typographical, pricing, product-description or technical errors.

If an error materially affects an order already placed, we may contact you, cancel the affected transaction or provide another appropriate resolution.

9. Shipping

Production, shipment, delivery estimates, address responsibilities, missing packages and related matters are governed by our Shipping Policy.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements, manufacturing defects, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

Numero 10 uses third-party providers for services that may include:

fraud prevention;
manufacturing;
printing and embroidery;
fulfillment;
shipping;
analytics;
marketing; and
customer communications.

These providers may process information or perform services necessary to operate our store and complete transactions.

Their involvement does not mean that they sponsor, endorse or are affiliated with Numero 10 unless expressly stated.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original Numero 10 branding, graphics, website content, photography, written material and other material created and owned by Numero 10 are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute or commercially exploit material owned by Numero 10 without authorization, except where applicable law permits such use.

Third-party trademarks, names, images and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective rights holders where applicable.

Reference to a third party does not by itself imply sponsorship, authorization, partnership or endorsement.

13. Customer-Submitted Content

If our website allows you to submit reviews, photographs, personalization instructions or other content, you represent that you have the rights necessary to provide that content.

You may not provide material that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or harmful.

If customer-provided content is used to create a personalized product, you are responsible for ensuring that you possess all rights and permissions necessary for us and our production providers to reproduce that content.

14. Fraud and Abuse

We may take reasonable measures to prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized transactions or misuse of the website.

This may include delaying, reviewing, rejecting or cancelling suspicious orders.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, guarantee or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Numero 10 LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the website or purchase of products.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where applicable law prohibits such limitation.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Numero 10 LLC against third-party claims arising from:

violation of these Terms; or
infringement of another person's rights through content submitted by you.

18. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, subject to rights available under applicable law.

These events may include severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, labor disruptions, supply shortages, government actions and telecommunications failures.

This section does not remove any statutory obligation to provide a refund or other remedy where required by law.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this provision deprives a consumer of protections that apply regardless of this choice of law.
